Check up @ 29 Weeks

Last week mama ada monthly check up appointment dgn Dr Delaila at SDMC. Selalunya mama gi sorang2. Tp kali ni pak habibi berkeras nak ikut teman mama jgk. So, nak x nak, kena la angkut all the lil soldiers kat umah ni.

Bukan xmo bwk diorg tp anak2 mama ni lain skit xcitednya. xmo dok diam. berlari ke sana sini termasuk hak yg besor tu. aish.... Pastu sume org dok pandang mama n anak2. Nampak mcm muda lagi tp anak dah masuk 4. Perghhhh.. Produktif2... hahahahaha... Bukan produktif tp itu kan namanya rejeki... Alhamdulillah...

Updates check up:

BP ~ 110/70

Urine ~ Protein (NEG), Sugar (NEG)

Berat ~ 70.6 kg. (Turun 1 kg)

Berat baby ~ 1.4 kg

Sebelum pregnant berat mama is 62 kg. Tgh2 sibuk nak berdiet, tetiba pregnant la pulak. X sempat mak nak kurus dik non... huhuhu... Until now berat dah naik 8 kg. Tp rasanya pregnant kali ni rasa berat skit. Mana taknya, br 7 bln, berat dah cecah 70 kg. Harusla masa confinement ni kena pantang betul2.

Overall, my gynea kata baby sihat. Berat mama dia pulak yg turun 1 kg. Pak habibi siap mengadu kat Doc, komplen yg mama ni xmo makan la. Buakn xmo makan. Tp bila kita dah preggy anak ke 4 ni, rasa penat sgt sampai hilang selera makan.

Montelness... hikhikhik...

My Baby's Progress ~ 29 Weeks ~

If you’ve been feeling weird little fluttering butterflies in your belly, it’s not just your run-of-the-mill pre-birth performance anxiety.

Actually, it's your amazing baby with a case of the hiccups: a fairly common occurrence at this point, due to them practicing breathing for their big birthday.

In addition to getting a round of butterfly-like hiccups, your little swimmer has arduously managed to accumulate enough baby fat to account for nearly 3.5% of their overall body weight.

Yeah, compared to we lardy adults, it’s not very impressive, but considering they used to have NO fat, it’s certainly a healthy (and body-warming) accomplishment in its way.

My Baby's Progress : 27 weeks

Your not-so-tiny-anymore baby (2 pounds and 14.5 inches long!) is slowly rotating in preparation to “head out” for the grand entrance on their birthday!
Now obviously, this doesn’t happen overnight, but when you start to feel a new sort of pressure "down there" (aka your cervix), you’ll know you’ve got a fully flipped locked-n-loaded womb-fruit waiting for the countdown to launch!

If you feel like they're still not flipped, don't worry, you've still got time.
Impressive physical developments of the week: your child's lungs are already capable of breathing air as their vascular system can now handle oxygen/carbon exchange and their brain stem can now regulate rhythmic breathing as well as their basal body temperature!
For what it’s worth, at this point in a healthy pregnancy - if you were to give birth prematurely, your tiny fighter could easily win on the show: “Survivor: The Early Years.”

Go ahead, give your belly a gentle hi-five!

MY BABY'S PROGRESS: WEEK 25

Only 15 more weeks to go
If my baby were born today, they would probably survive the ICU, as their tiny lungs CAN breathe. This week they SHOULD (if they're good) start scootching out of breech and rotating into a head-down position for their grand entrance into the world. Just (still!) 14 weeks until my days as a human pod are over! Woohoo!

My Baby Progress : 22 Weeks

My baby has a future as a tight-rope-walker! Their inner ear has developed and they now have a sense of balance. Also, my foot-long, one-pound baby is really starting to look like an adorable oversized raisin. Not to worry - all those wrinkles are just extra skin in anticipation of that adorable baby chub they'll be piling on!

Mama @ 17 Weeks

Your baby's weight has doubled in two weeks and now weighs about 3.5 ounces! The crown-to-rump length of your growing baby is 4.4 to 4.8 inches. If you spread your hand out opened wide, you can see about how big your baby is.
Your uterus is moving up and is now approximately 1.5 to 2 inches below your navel. You are showing more now and there is a noticeable swelling in your abdomen. At this point in your pregnancy, a 5 to 10 pound weight gain is normal. Other people can probably feel the difference in your lower abdomen if they were to rub your tummy. To be the most comfortable, you should be wearing maternity clothes or clothing that is too large for you. You may have felt your baby move already. However, you might not feel it move every day at this point. As your pregnancy progresses, movements become stronger and more frequent. Feeling your baby move can help reassure you that your baby is doing well. You might also notice that your gums or nose bleed occasionally. This is from the increased blood volume that puts pressure on small blood vessels and capillaries.

Huge changes continue to take place within your developing baby. This week fat begins to form and will continue to do so until he is born. Fat is important to the body's heat production and metabolism. Right now, at 17 weeks, water makes up about 3 ounces and fat 0.018 ounces of your baby's body. In a baby at term, fat makes up about 5.25 pounds of the total average weight of 7.7 pounds. The placenta is continuing to grow at an amazing rate. The placenta will continue to develop in tandem with the fetus and it will weigh more than a pound at birth! By this week, the placenta is large and well established with a network of blood vessels that exchange nutrients and waste.

The eyes are facing more forward. The ears are now close to their final position.

Your baby is more flexible with ability to move head, mouth, lips, arms, wrists, hands, legs, feet, and toes.

Fingerprints are forming now.

Mama, U're Pregnant Ok...

Itu la ayat2 yg selalu en habibi sebut...
Mama sendiri pun dah sedar 4 mths ago darling.
Tapi.. Masih belasah macam orang x peknan.
Masih larat buat apa saja. Masih bole mengemas umah, menyapu, mengemop dan masih bole memanjat bila amik brg kat tpt tinggi. hehehe...
Masih bole dukung budak lelaki umur 2 thn yg beratnya 15 kg.
Alhamdulillah, masih mampu solat dgn mudah..
Kekdg lupa nak makan or terskip mkn sbb bz sgt kat opih.
Lgpun, perut mama pun x berapa nak nampak.
Macam manala en habibi x bising... hehehehe.....

But, sekarang dah x bole...
Kena set in mind that u're peknan babeh... Maybe dah peknan anak no 4, tu yg mcm terlupa yg awak tu peknan.
Ate, kalau mama ni x lasak, sapa la yg nak uruskan rumahtangga yg berselerak yg dikerjakan anak2 + apaknya nanti? Nak menguruskan anak2 ke sekolah di pg hari. Pastu nguruskan apaknya lagi. Adei.... *garu kepala*

Anyway, walaupun sentiasa sibuk, mama sentiasa berdoa semoga Allah swt melindungi mama & baby dari segala kecelakaan. Semoga in another 5 months segala urusan dipermudahkan dan berjalan dgn lancar... Ameen...
